Exchange Policy

We stand behind every pair we send out. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

7-Day Return Window

Return unworn shoes in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Defect Coverage

Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days from purchase. We'll replace or refund — your choice.

Condition Required

Returned shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and in the original box with all accessories included.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Shoes must be unworn — no signs of use, outdoor contact, or alteration.
  • Original packaging must be intact (box, tissue, tags if any).
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show visible use.
  • Items marked as final sale or purchased at a discount exceeding 50%.
  • Custom or made-to-order styles.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 1Contact us via WhatsApp or the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Mention your order number and the reason for return.
  2. 2Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions including drop-off or pickup coordination.
  3. 3Pack the shoes securely in the original box and hand them over as instructed.
  4. 4Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or ship the exchanged pair within 3–5 working days.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Khalti, eSewa). COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or digital wallet. Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we'll ship the replacement pair once the original is received and approved. Availability of the requested size is subject to stock. If the size is unavailable, we'll offer a full refund.

Defective / Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll cover return shipping and priority-dispatch the correct pair or issue a full refund immediately.
