Return unworn shoes in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days from purchase. We'll replace or refund — your choice.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Khalti, eSewa). COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or digital wallet. Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
For size exchanges, we'll ship the replacement pair once the original is received and approved. Availability of the requested size is subject to stock. If the size is unavailable, we'll offer a full refund.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll cover return shipping and priority-dispatch the correct pair or issue a full refund immediately.
