Ready-stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery within the Kathmandu Valley typically arrives in 1–2 working days. Outside the valley, allow 3–5 working days depending on your location.
Yes, we deliver across Nepal. Shipping times and rates may vary for remote areas. Contact us via WhatsApp if you need a delivery estimate for your district.
Log in to your account and go to Profile → Orders. You'll see real-time status updates for each order, including dispatch confirmation and estimated delivery.
Cancellations or modifications are possible if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately with your order number.
Our shoes generally follow standard UK sizing. Most styles run true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend going half a size up for added comfort, especially for wide feet.

Yes, size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn and in original packaging. Contact us to arrange the exchange.
We accept Khalti, eSewa, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For online payments, you'll be redirected to the respective payment gateway at checkout.
Yes. We integrate with Khalti and eSewa — both are licensed Nepali payment gateways with full encryption and fraud protection. We do not store your card or wallet credentials.
For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected by the delivery agent at your doorstep upon receiving the order.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. See our Return Policy page for the full process.
We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Our shoes are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Wear-related damage, incorrect sizing, or misuse are not covered.
